👇👇👇👇👇 按此購票香港人社區空間202606 －陽光下的心事：點解夏天明明好天氣，但我哋反而覺得攰？相信大家都有睇過Pixar嘅 Inside Out，電影故事講述主角Riley同家人遷居舊金山後適應新環境的過程和心理變化，但其實深一層嘅解釋係，Riley嘅內在真我和表我嘅衝突，其實先係電影想說出嘅概念。係 IFS（內在家庭系統治療，Internal Family Systems）是一種實證心理治療模式。它認為人的心智並非單一結構，而是由多個不同的「內在部分」(Parts) 組成，這些部分就像家庭成員一樣互動。治療旨在幫助你連繫核心「真我」(Self)，從而協調和療癒這些內在部分，因為我地會都經常不自覺哋比真我和外在（表我）衝突。透過 IFS，我哋就可以搵出我們處於最平靜、理智且健康的自我狀態時，從而展現出的我哋內在能量。嚟緊６月份嘅香港人社區空間，我哋請到註冊臨床心理輔導員 (RCC) | Be Grounded Counselling 本然輔導總監 Kelvin，同大家分享咩叫IFS，同埋用IFS 解釋我哋嘅內在conflict，例如雖然已經夏天明明好天氣，但我哋反而覺得攰又無咩動力？ About the facilitator: 註冊臨床心理輔導員 (RCC) | Be Grounded Counselling 本然輔導總監 Kelvin 擁有多年全職臨床輔導經驗，現為加拿大卑詩省註冊臨床心理輔導員 (RCC) 及 Be Grounded Counselling 的創辦人。他擅長運用內在家庭系統 (Internal Family Systems, IFS)、身心覺察及創傷知情等療法，陪伴大眾與內在的不同「部分」(Parts) 對話，重建內心的安全感與自癒力。除了個人臨床心理輔導，Kelvin 亦積極走入社區，致力推動精神健康覺察與情緒外化練習。他善於以深入淺出、具象化且溫柔的方式，帶領大眾在忙碌或矛盾的日常生活節奏中，學懂接納自我、安撫內心，並尋回最真實的「自我核心」(Self-leadership)。日期： 6月6日 (星期六) 時間： 2：15 pm - 3：45 pm 地點：Tommy Douglas Library Community Room
